Manulife Financial’s Annual Meeting and First Quarter 2007
Financial Results Conference Call available through live webcast
Toronto – On Thursday, May 3, 2007, Manulife Financial will webcast its joint Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Manulife Financial Corporation and Annual Meeting of Policyholders and Shareholder of The Manufacturers Life Insurance Company. Later that day, the Company will webcast its First Quarter 2007 Financial Results Conference Call.
Annual Meeting
Manulife Financial’s Annual Meeting will be held at the Company’s Head Office, 200 Bloor Street East, Toronto, Ontario on Thursday, May 3, 2007, beginning at 11:00 a.m. (ET).
A live video feed and slides will be accessible via the Manulife Financial website at www.manulife.com/Presentations. An archived version of the webcast will be available from 5:00 p.m. (ET) May 3, 2007 at the same URL for 30 days following the Meeting.
First Quarter 2007 Financial Results
Manulife Financial Corporation’s First Quarter 2007 Financial Results will be issued the morning of May 3, 2007. The Conference Call with analysts will follow that afternoon beginning at 2:00 p.m. (ET) and run approximately one hour. Scheduled Company speakers include Dominic D’Alessandro, President and Chief Executive Officer and Peter Rubenovitch, Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
