Manulife Financial’s Asia Investor Conference schedule

Tokyo On September 9, 2008, Manulife Financial will host an Investor Conference in Tokyo, Japan for the institutional investment community. The Conference will feature Manulife’s Asia and Japan operations, with senior management teams presenting an overview of the Division’s operations and strategies for growth.

The Conference begins at 9:00 a.m. local (Tokyo) time on September 9, 2008, or 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time (E.T.) on September 8, 2008. Interested persons are invited to listen to a live audio feed with synchronized slides accessible via www.manulife.com/Presentations. An archived version of the webcast and copies of the presentations will be available beginning at 6:00 a.m. E.T. on September 9, 2008 until September 8, 2009 at the same URL.
