Manulife Private Account Introduces Three New Multi Cap Portfolios
Boston - Expanding the options it provides to clients and Financial Consultants, Manulife Private Account is introducing three new multi-cap portfolios to its separately managed account platform. These additions complement Manulife Private Account’s existing offerings, providing a wider range of choices to meet the goals and strategies of a variety of investors.
Overall, the new portfolios offer multiple capitalization ranges in growth and value styles. At a minimum of $175,000, clients can have access to a split of multi-cap growth and multi-cap value. At a minimum of $250,000, two multi-cap equity portfolios are available, one with an additional bond component and another with an international equity component. Clients now have more ways to diversify with these new multi-cap offerings, which are based on time-tested asset allocation models. The overlay portfolio management process, a key component of Manulife Private Account, ensures that the portfolios are regularly monitored and reallocated to maintain target allocations.
Two new seasoned investment managers join the cadre of existing investment managers. Both are recognized leaders in their particular styles and have been carefully selected by Manulife. AIM Private Asset Management, the multi-cap growth manager, and PIMCO-NFJ Investments, the multi-cap value manager, have proven their ability to manage multi-cap styles through complete market cycles.
“The new portfolios increase Manulife Private Account’s appeal in a significant way,” said Marc Costantini, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Managed Accounts. “Financial Consultants can now offer clients more choices and more powerful diversification opportunities at lower minimum investments as they expand their consultative-based businesses.”
