Manulife Private Account Sales Literature Ranks # 1 In Helping Financial Consultants Build Business
-- Consultants rate Manulife Private Account literature Best Overall according to Marketing Matrix survey --

Boston - In a recent survey of separately managed accounts sales literature, Manulife Private Account’s literature received a number one ranking for helping Financial Consultants to build their separately managed accounts business. The study was conducted by Marketing Matrix International, an independent firm based in California, which specializes in marketing research for financial services companies. With just over a year in the marketplace, Manulife Private Account’s literature was also rated Best Overall, receiving #1 rankings in a variety of subcategories.

Marketing Matrix surveyed 118 Financial Consultants from a variety of distribution channels in four locations across the U.S. Consultants were interviewed individually and given a self-administered questionnaire, which asked them to rate the sales materials of eleven of the top companies offering separately managed accounts today.

"Considering we’ve been in the separately managed accounts business for only a little over a year, the survey confirms that we are achieving our goal of creating impactful, helpful sales literature that, bottom line, helps Financial Consultants increase their business."

In the Building Business category, Manulife Private Account’s literature received the highest percentage of “excellent” and “good” ratings, with a score of 72%. Under the category of Sales Support, Manulife Private Account’s literature was selected by 82% of Financial Consultants as the material that most motivated them to sell a particular separately managed account and received the highest mean score for providing “investment professionals with exactly the materials needed to be effective.” The Manulife Private Account materials were also rated #1 for their usefulness, articulation of the benefits of separately managed accounts, and helpfulness to a Financial Consultant’s sales efforts. Leading to the ranking of Best Overall, the Manulife Private Account literature received top rankings for visual appeal, information/substance, and motivational elements.
