Investment Division Rotational Program (IDRP)
The Investment Division offers a development program for recent university business graduates. This rotational program is designed to develop highly motivated individuals with a strong interest in financial services and markets, and to provide support for new graduates committed to obtaining their CFA designation. Through assigned six-month rotations, you will work with a variety of mentors and have the opportunity to gain a range of valuable experience in four functional areas of the Investment Division:
These rotations are intended to maximize your opportunity to acquire technical knowledge and gain an appreciation of the diversity of the asset origination and asset management businesses within the context of a large global financial services firm.
Finance & Accounting Co-op & Internship Programs
Finance and Accounting Co-op Program
Located in Kitchener-Waterloo, this program offers university students interested in pursing the CMA or CGA designation an opportunity to experience real finance and accounting work. This co-op program offers mentorship, various networking opportunities such as orientation sessions, Lunch ‘n’ Learns, a co-op project and a Job Shadow Day.
Financial Risk Management Internship Program
The program, located in Toronto, provides a collaborative work environment encouraging talented Master's of Mathematics and Finance students to develop into superior risk managers and outstanding business leaders. This internship offers opportunities across the Quantitative Analysis and Modeling department as well as the Variable Annuity Hedging department.
Investments Analyst Co-op and Internship Program
Located in Toronto, students in these programs support Portfolio Managers and get a preview of what it is like working in Manulife’s Investment Division. Students in MBA and Commerce programs are targeted for these positions.
