Recruitment Process

Manulife acknowledges all applications received through our recruitment management system.

  1. After you submit your resume and apply for a job at Manulife, you will receive an email confirmation of your application.

  2. If your profile has been selected for a preliminary screening, you will be contacted directly by a Recruitment Consultant at Manulife. All final candidates will have a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager and often with other members of the team if required.

  3. Should you be selected as a successful candidate for a position at Manulife, pre-screening background checks will be conducted prior to an offer being extended by Manulife. These checks consist of criminal, credit, educational, employment and reference checks.

  4. Manulife offers a web-based on-boarding process for new hires, which allows for pre-work / pre-employment forms to be completed online before your start date.
