The Temperance and General Life Assurance Company of North America – Historique

1884 : The Temperance and General Life Assurance Company of North America est constituée en personne morale en vertu d’une loi du Parlement.

1901 : The Temperance and General Life Assurance Company of North America fusionne avec La Compagnie d’Assurance-Vie Manufacturers. La nouvelle entité exerce temporairement ses activités sous le nom The Manufacturers and Temperance and General Life Assurance Company. Plus tard cette année-là, un décret force la compagnie à adopter le nom La Compagnie d’Assurance-Vie Manufacturers.
