Manulife–Sinochem to support Junzhaung Rest Home for the Elderly

Beijing– Manulife-Sinochem Life Insurance Co., Ltd. Beijing Branch is partnering with the Junzhuang Rest Home for the Elderly as part of the China Insurance Regulatory Commission’s One Year City Country Mutual Benefit program, it was announced today.

“Manulife-Sinochem is proud to be supporting the City-Country Mutual Benefit program by contributing paintings, calligraphy sets and other items towards improving the environment for elderly residents at the Junzhuang Rest Home,” said Mr. Arthur Lin, General Manager of Manulife-Sinochem’s Beijing branch.

The Company’s Beijing Branch has been supporting the Rest Home for the last three years by donating money and clothes to the charity. In addition to this latest initiative, Manulife-Sinochem will also be donating gifts to help the Junzhaung residents celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival on September 25, 2007.
