Larger office space required to accommodate substantial business growth
Bandung– Manulife Indonesia today celebrated the official opening of its new Branch office in the city of Bandung, located at Jl. Asia Afrika No. 142.
“To accommodate the growth of our business in Bandung and to enable us to further improve the services we provide to our customers, staff and agents, we have moved our Bandung management team, agency and staff into a larger and more efficient office,” said David Beynon, Manulife Indonesia President Director, who came to Bandung for the opening of the new office. Mr. Beynon was accompanied by Adi Purnomo, Vice President Director; Nelly Husnayati, Executive Vice President and Chief Agency Officer; and Jeffrey P. Newnam, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Serving more than 20,000 customers, the Branch is the 5th largest in Manulife Indonesia’s country-wide operation and was first established in 1986.
The Manulife Indonesia Branch Office at Jl. Asia Afrika No. 142, Bandung, will be occupied by more than 150 agents and staff. The new office is expected to help further improve the service provided to its customers, as well as support the Company’s goal to gain higher market shares in West Java life insurance, employee benefits and mutual fund markets.
“We plan to introduce a number of new and innovative products this year to meet the growing demand of our discerning customers in Bandung,” added Mr. Beynon.
