Innovative products provide protection and financial planning assistance
Jakarta – PT Asuransi Jiwa Manulife Indonesia (Manulife Indonesia) today launched two new products, ProOptima (an insurance program designed specifically to help protect for the future) and Prime Protection (a single-premium endowment financial planning product). Both of these innovative products are tailored to provide what people need now in planning for their future.
“As the needs for life insurance and investment planning evolve, Manulife continues to strive to develop unique and valuable products affordable for the Indonesian public,” said David Beynon, Manulife Indonesia President Director. “ProOptima offers insurance benefits in addition to a savings component. Prime Protection was designed to help Indonesians with their financial planning needs. We are confident that these products will appeal to a wide market of professionals and parents.”
In addition to offering insurance benefits as well as savings, ProOptima provides a choice of premium payment period of five or ten years and customers are also free to choose their desired insured period of 10, 12 or 15 years.
Benefits offered by ProOptima include: insurance benefit, maturity benefit, and accidental death benefit of 200% of the sum insured. ProOptima provides flexibility for insureds to determine the amount of life cover required with a minimum sum insured of IDR 40 million.
For their convenience, customers can also add other insurance benefits onto ProOptima, such as payor benefits, waiver of premium and hospital benefits, which are available from Manulife Indonesia. “This product has optimal benefits and is affordable for our potential customers,” said Nelly Husnayati, the company’s EVP & Chief Agency Officer.
Prime Protection is a five-year, single-premium financial planning solution. With both protection and investment available through Prime Protection, a customer can build their wealth value to achieve their life goals. Prime Protection offers a variety of benefits: 1) fixed annual rate of return for a five-year single-premium investment, 2) fixed maturity bonus, 3) accidental death benefit, and 4) tax-free insurance benefit.
Prime Protection is a unique product specifically designed to make future dreams come true, such as buying a house, sending children to schools abroad, buying a new car, etc. It can also provide valuable protection for the unexpected.
