Beijing - Manulife-Sinochem was the sole joint venture life insurance company to earn an award for demonstrating “Best Featured Service in China” from the China Association of Trade in Services (CATIS) and China Information Industry Association (CIIA). MSL received the honor July 9 at a grand award presentation ceremony for the Best Customer Service Appraisal in China awards, held at the China World Hotel, Beijing.

The event, widely considered as a benchmark in evaluating customer service standards in China, is co-organized by CIIA and CATIS. As one of the most representative awards, the Best Customer Service Organizing Committee evaluated companies by phone-in, anonymous client and on-site evaluations. Reviewed by the most stringent evaluation procedures, Manulife-Sinochem won the award and received the highest level of praise from the Organizing Committee.

Officials from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Ministry of Commerce, State Information Center, United Nations Development Program, and CATIS and CIIA attended the ceremony.
