Our Commitment to Inclusive and Sustainable Sourcing
Through Manulife’s Inclusive and Sustainable Sourcing program, we are committed to responsible procurement practices that embody our core values of inclusion, environmental stewardship, human rights, and robust governance. This program extends our commitment beyond our organization, fostering a resilient supplier ecosystem that contributes to our long-term success. We aim to broaden supplier participation and market access in the communities we serve.
Our sourcing operates within a best-value framework: we evaluate cost/price, quality, risk, compliance, and total cost of ownership, alongside practicability of sustainability and inclusion-related measures. By partnering with a broad range of organizations that align with our sustainability objectives, Manulife helps ensure that our supply chain supports a more sustainable future.
