Manulife Named One of Canada’s Top 100 Employers for the Fifth Consecutive Year
TORONTO – For the fifth year in a row, Manulife has been honoured as one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers by Mediacorp Canada Inc. This prestigious award celebrates companies across the country that excel in creating exceptional workplaces for their employees and support for their winning teams.

In 2025, Manulife continued to advance initiatives focused on wellness and inclusion, while promoting a high-performing culture that allows colleagues to thrive. These efforts demonstrate the company’s dedication to fostering an environment where employees can be their authentic selves and reach their full potential. Key programs and experiences recognized in 2025 include:
- Expanded Women’s and Family Health Services: unlimited access to Maven Clinic, the world’s largest virtual clinic for women’s and family health. Maven specializes in supporting women and families through some of their most important stages of life, including fertility, family building and planning; maternity and newborn care; parenting and pediatrics; and menopause and midlife.
- Fertility and Family Building Assistance: Unlimited prescription fertility drugs, treatments and procedures without cycle or dollar limits or any lifetime maximum; and unlimited non-drug fertility treatment procedures.
- Wellness and mental health programs: Each colleague, along with their spouse and covered dependents, can claim up to $12,000 annually for mental health services. Additionally, we introduced a virtual health coaching program that offers personalized and confidential one-on-one support.
- GenAI: More than seventy-five percent of Manulife’s 38,000 colleagues are engaged with GenAI through learning, immersive experiences and tools, including ChatMFC, our proprietary GenAI assistant introduced in 2024. These advanced tools empower our workforce to enhance efficiency and drive innovation.
- Leading High-Performing Teams: Supported our leaders through tailored learning sessions, including opportunities targeted to supporting the development of women in leadership roles.
- Fuel Up Fridays: Continued to provide colleagues with the opportunity to dedicate time on the second Friday of every month to advance their personal development by taking advantage of the Company’s learning platform.
The Canada's Top 100 Employers project is a national competition in which employers are evaluated by the editors of the Canada's Top 100 Employers list, using eight criteria. The editors speak with thousands of employers across Canada to determine which organizations offer the most forward-thinking HR initiatives.
