Olivier believes in the importance of leading with purpose and supporting advisors with precision. He works closely with advisors to understand their business, identify opportunities, and deliver relevant, actionable solutions. His approach is rooted in trust, strategic partnership, and a commitment to simplifying the complex to drive meaningful outcomes.

Olivier began his career in financial services in 2017 after nearly a decade in the food and beverage industry. He joined Manulife Investments as business development manager and was promoted to the role of district vice president in April 2021. His background in high-pressure environments, combined with his mindset as an endurance athlete, has shaped his disciplined, responsive, and impact-driven leadership style.

Olivier earned an M.B.A. from Université Laval, an M.Fin. from the University of Wyoming, a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Université du Québec à Montréal, and an Executive Leadership Certificate from the Wharton School. He also holds certifications from IFSE Institute and Bloomberg Market Concepts.

Outside of work, Olivier is passionate about endurance training and long-distance running, with aspirations to compete in iconic races such as the Moab 240, Cocodona 250, UTMB, and Leadville 100. He also enjoys hiking with his wife, kids, and close friends, reconnecting with nature and pushing his physical limits. A dedicated reader, Olivier draws inspiration from motivational and personal growth literature that fuels his mindset and momentum.
