Yi-Chen is responsible for environmental, social and governance (ESG) research, integration and engagement activities with the primary focus on South and Southeast Asia.

Yi-Chen brings expertise in sustainability and sustainable finance: Prior to joining MIM, she was the Director, Sustainable Finance at Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation (OCBC Bank) where she advised and executed sustainable finance transactions (e.g. green/ sustainability-linked loans, green/social/sustainability/sustainability-linked bonds) together corporates across real estate, utilities, commodities and transportation sectors in the Asia Pacific region. She also gained extensive experience in integration ESG in the investment and financing perspective during her time at a Singapore-based private equity fund and the Dutch development bank, with the primarily focus on renewable and infrastructure assets in emerging Asia markets. Yi-chen currently chairs the Energy Transition working group of the Asia Investor Group on Climate Change.
