Viewing your charge invoices
To access a policy or plan’s charge invoices:
- Return to the main menu
- Select the policy or plan you want to view charge invoices for
- In the navigation menu, go to Administration > Charge invoices
Managing your banking information
To manage a policy or plan’s banking information:
- Return to the main menu
- Select the policy or plan group you want to view banking information for
- In the navigation, go to Administration > Plan changes
- Then, select Add/change banking information
Viewing your contribution history
To review previous contributions:
- Return to the main menu
- Select the policy or plan group you want to view contribution history for
- In the navigation, go to Transactions > Contributions
- Then, select Contribution history
