Supporting mental health
Mental health is one of the most common reasons members access virtual care.3 Through Healthcare Online, members can receive first-line mental health counselling and medical support delivered by nurse practitioners, with access to in-house psychiatric consults for more complex needs. Nurse practitioners also help guide members to next steps, including referrals or other support options that may be covered by their benefits plan.
