As director of U.S. research and strategy, Cassidy is responsible for supporting the acquisitions team in executing the investment strategy by providing investment decision‐making insight, employing best‐in‐class research practices, and leveraging and developing various market research resources to grow U.S. market share. She also supports developing and refining the U.S. house view and driving thought leadership to differentiate the business. Previously, Cassidy was vice president and head of research at ASB Real Estate Investments, where she crafted and implemented the organization’s first research platform, playing a key role in shaping strategy and driving a pivot more strongly toward multifamily and industrial investments. Prior to that, she held various roles in market research at Transwestern, Delta Associates, and CoStar Group.
