Jessica is a senior managing director at Manulife Investment Management, leading its real estate credit platform.  She has both private and public commercial real estate investment experience spanning nearly two decades. Prior to joining the firm, Jessica was a managing director and head of originations for BentallGreenOak’s U.S. Debt. She was a principal within The Carlyle Group's credit opportunities, where she built the firm’s U.S. track record in commercial real estate credit. She served as a vice president and partner at H/2 Capital Partners, where she spearheaded public and private lodging investments. Earlier in her career, she was an associate within J.P. Morgan Investment Management's Real Estate Americas, where she worked on distressed equity and credit investments during the global financial crisis. She started her career at Ernst & Young LLP’s Real Estate Transaction Advisory group.
