There are 2 ways to shop and save:
- In person: Visit any FYidoctors®, BonLook®, or Visique® location across Canada. Remember to keep your physical or digital benefits card handy to show you’re a Manulife member.
- Online: Shop online with a valid prescription and discover your style.
Visit the Manulife Mobile app or plan member site to find the provider closest to you, book an eye exam, or shop online.
- From the Manulife Mobile app: Sign in and click on the ‘Get care’ section of the app. Click on ‘Vision care services’ and then ‘Access FYidoctors’ button to start shopping online!
- From the plan member site: Sign in and navigate to ‘Vision care services’ either from the ‘Get care’ section or ‘Healthcare services’ drop-down menu depending on your access.

All group benefits members and your eligible family members – with or without vision coverage at Manulife – can enjoy convenient appointment booking online and discounts savings on quality eyewear when you choose to shop with our vision care partners.
No obligation: This offer is available to all Manulife Group Benefits members. Even without vision coverage, you can benefit from the discounts offered. Using this service is optional. You and your family can continue seeing the eye care provider of your choice outside of this program and submit claims to your benefits plan as usual if you have vision coverage.

Yes! You can bring a valid prescription from the eye doctor of your choice and still get discounts when you purchase frames, lenses, or contacts from FYidoctors®, BonLook®, or Visique®.
No. The vision care partnership includes discounts on prescription eyewear: frames, lenses, including sunglasses, and contacts. Eye exams are not included.
