How to join your Manulife Group Retirement program

Set up your Manulife ID
Set up your Manulife ID to join
If you already have your Manulife ID, simply sign in.

Sign up for your plan or plans
Enter your access code so you can choose your plans, beneficiaries, and funds.
We won't save any of your information until you click Submit.

Explore your account
Connect to your online account so you can:
- Check your savings totals and returns
- Set goals and track your progress
- And much more
What you’ll need
Most people finish in 20 to 30 minutes.
You need your access code to join. You might need a policy number as well. You can find these in the information you received to help you join—it could have been a paper guide, a digital guide, or even a website.
Make sure you know
- Your Social Insurance Number
- Who your beneficiaries will be
- The date you started with your organization
- The date you're eligible to join the plan (if you're not sure, check with your plan administrator)
A note about spousal RRSPs
If your program allows you to set up a Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) in your spouse’s name, your spouse will need to use a paper form to sign up. Make sure to check the Spousal Member box at the top of the form.
