Caroline is a research associate for Manulife Investment Management's real estate private markets research and strategy group, focusing on market and data analysis, benchmarking, and process automation. She plays a significant role in identifying market trends and extracting insights to aid in strategic decision-making and drive investment strategy, She helps drive operational improvements across several facets of the business, including automating manual processes and integrating market research across portfolio and asset management. Prior to that, she was at Goldman Sachs, where she worked on risk modeling, business intelligence, and credit derivatives, using application program interfaces like Alteryx and Tableau.
