Cornelia is the director of strategy and research for Canada at Manulife Investment Management and is responsible for developing the national investment strategy and market intelligence for the firm’s private markets real estate platform. Her work supports decision-making across acquisitions, asset management, and capital allocation. Prior to joining the firm, Cornelia held roles in investment, development, and leasing of commercial real estate across North America at two of the largest pension funds globally and, before that, she worked in strategic consulting and advisory at a Fortune 500 firm. Her cross-functional background enables her to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies that drive long-term value for institutional investors.
