Based in Singapore, Esther is Director and Portfolio Manager responsible for managing Singapore-based fixed income assets.

She joined Manulife Investment Management from State Street Global Advisors (Singapore), where she was a Senior Portfolio Manager for global and Asian bond portfolios including one of the largest Asian local currency bond ETFs. Prior to joining State Street Global Advisors, Esther worked as a credit analyst and assistant portfolio manager with First State Investments (Hong Kong) Limited and a credit ratings analyst with ABN AMRO Bank.

Esther holds a Bachelor of Business (major in Banking) from Nanyang Technological University and is a CFA charterholder.
