As Head of Global Retirement Participant Engagement and Retention, Fraser leads the development of strategies to help Manulife’s 8.5 million plan participants across the globe achieve their retirement goals. 

Fraser started at Manulife in 2010 as a Product Manager in Canadian Retail Mutual Funds. He has moved through various roles across Retail Wealth, Group Benefits and Group Retirement, most recently as the Head of Product, Strategy & Transformation for the retirement business in Canada. He holds an M.B.A. from the Ivey Business School at Western University, a Bachelor of Business & Entrepreneurship from Mount Royal University, and a Chartered Investment Management designation from the Canadian Securities Institute.

Outside of work, Fraser loves spending time with his wife and three kids, helping out in the community, and fitting in some hockey or golf when time allows.
