How do I find my tax receipts and slips online?
Check the posting schedule tab to confirm whether the receipt or slip you want is available online and when, then sign in to find what you're looking for.
Your RPP contributions show on the T4 you get from your employer (and on your Relevé 1 if you’re a resident of Québec)
Not seeing your 2024 RRSP contributions on your CRA My Account space? Don’t worry—the CRA has all your RRSP information and is working on posting it online soon. Until then, you can download your RRSP receipts by following the instructions on this page.
On the Manulife Mobile app
- Sign in to your group retirement account on the Manulife Mobile app
- Tap on your name and select View tax receipts
Tax documents on the VIP Room aren’t available through the app. You’ll find them here.

Answers to your top five questions
If your plan rules allow withdrawals, you may have to pay administrative fees. There could also be penalties; for example, your employer may stop contributing to your plan for a while. Plus, you can’t take out any locked-in money until you retire.
Before you take money out, check your plan’s rules. You can find them in your member booklet by signing in to your Manulife account and going to My account > Member booklets, or you can ask your employer.
When you take money out of your RRSP, a certain percentage will be taken out for taxes. The tax depends on how much you take out and where you live in Canada; for example, if you take out $16,000 and live in Ontario, the tax rate is 30%, so you’ll only receive $11,200.
The money you take out of your RRSP is also added to your taxable income; for example, if your salary is $75,000 per year and you take $16,000 out of your RRSP, your income will now show as $91,000. This could cause you to pay more at tax time.
You’ll need to set up a Manulife ID to access your group retirement account.

Moved from the VIP Room?
If your account was moved to our other system in 2025, you may have tax receipts and slips on both the VIP Room and your group retirement secure site. Here’s how to find them in both places.
- Sign in to your group retirement account, go to My account on the left, and choose Tax receipts/slips
- Then, sign in to your VIP Room account, go to View your holdings and select RRSP contributions
You’ll also get a paper copy of your receipts in the mail by the end of March 2026. If you don't receive them by March 31, 2026, contact us
Note that tax receipts and slips on the VIP Room cannot be accessed through the Manulife Mobile app.
