Very easy. You can earn points for everyday healthy activities like:

• Walking

• Working out

• Getting a dental checkup 

• Receiving a flu shot

• Meditating

• Getting healthy sleep

Workout points range from 10 to 40 points per activity, and a routine dental checkup can earn 200 points annually. The more points you earn, the more rewards you can unlock.

Yes. Members who report their diabetes or prediabetes diagnosis can earn points for managing their health, including improving HbA1c results, and completing recommended health screenings and checkups.

Yes. The program evolves with you, adjusting how points are earned to better reflect changing health priorities and activity levels as you age.

You can submit photos, screenshots, PDFs, or other supporting documentation, depending on the activity. All submissions are reviewed to help maintain the integrity of the program.

Apple Watch orders can take up to 8 weeks to arrive. You’ll receive email updates when your order is confirmed and when it ships.

Yes. You can request a return within 14 days of delivery by calling 1-855-664-2541, Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET.
