Holly leads Manulife Private Wealth, delivering investment management and wealth planning services to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. With over two decades of experience in financial services, she’s held increasingly senior leadership roles with a focus on transforming and growing businesses.

A proud boomerang employee, Holly began her career at Manulife in the insurance division before venturing into the not-for-profit sector, where she applied her expertise to advance youth financial literacy at Junior Achievement. She later joined HSBC, rising to a senior leadership role in the firm’s private wealth business. Since rejoining Manulife in 2020, Holly has held strategic leadership roles across both the Canadian and wealth businesses.

Holly earned an M.B.A. in Financial Services from Dalhousie University, a Certificate in Public Relations from Toronto Metropolitan University, and a Fellow Life Management Institute designation from the Life Office Management Association.

Outside of work, Holly enjoys staying active through sports and fitness, and much of her free time is happily spent supporting the busy schedules of her son and daughter.
