Dimitri has extensive experience in the investment industry. Joining the Manulife Private Wealth team as an investment counsellor in 2016, Dimitri holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), is a CFA® charterholder, and has completed a specialized program at the International Monetary Fund.

As an investment counsellor, Dimitri provides institutional discretionary investment management solutions and follows a holistic approach in managing tailored portfolios for his clients' unique needs and goals. He plays a key role in adding the real asset investment solution to the Manulife Private Wealth platform throughout Canada and also sits on the Manulife Private Wealth Investment Committee.

Prior to Manulife Private Wealth, Dimitri was the Vice President and Head of the Investment Management division of a multi-family office. He led the investment team and provided tailored solutions to the firm's clients. Dimitri was also responsible for overseeing the investment managers that spanned asset classes such as global equities, global bonds, private equity, global real estate, private debt, hedge funds, and alternative assets.

Dimitri additionally held roles within private wealth management at two major financial institutions. His role as a management consultant for a financial technology leader allowed him to design sophisticated portfolio management solutions to institutional clients such as CIBC, TD, National Bank, and Desjardins.
