Welcome to the Healthy Living Club!

We’ve got virtual workouts, cooking demos, easy-to-follow recipes and mindfulness exercises, all designed to appeal to kids in grades 5-8 (ages 10- 13). We’re excited to welcome health-minded club members over the next eight weeks and address the three main elements of personal wellness: staying fit, eating well and being mindful.  

       


Staying fit

Staying active is a big part of living a healthy lifestyle – so we’re offering weekly workout classes and on-demand workout PDFs.

For the final week of our program, join Mariama Jordan for a core workout, to help stabilize your entire body and run faster.You’ll need a water bottle, dish towel or resistance band and mat.
