Welcome to the Healthy Living Club!

We’ve got virtual workouts, cooking demos, easy-to-follow recipes and mindfulness exercises, all designed to appeal to kids in grades 5-8 (ages 10- 13). We’re excited to welcome health-minded club members over the next eight weeks and address the three main elements of personal wellness: staying fit, eating well and being mindful.

Being mindful

Mindfulness means paying full attention to something, slowing down enough to really notice what you're doing. Practicing mindfulness helps us manage stress, be more patient, focus better and feel better. All it takes is a little practice, and we’ve got lots of activities that can help!
