Use Manulife's health care provider search tool to find participating providers in your area who can submit eligible claims directly to Manulife. As part of Manulife group plans support, this tool helps you quickly locate providers that offer direct claims submission for covered services.
Simply enter the following information into the tool:
- your postal code
- the type of provider you’re looking for
- the distance (km) limit for your search
