HealthFlex customers can now get access to video consultations with general practitioners and discounted online appointments with medical specialists and psychologists.

Through the partnership with Doctor Anywhere, HealthFlex customers get a limited offer telemedicine benefit. HealthFlex customers will now have access to four (4) FREE video consultations with general practitioners. On top of that, customers get exclusive perks and discounts.
Customers who purchase HealthFlex on or before July 31,2025 can qualify to the telemedicine benefits. As long as premiums are paid on or before the due date, customers insured under HealthFlex can avail of Doctor Anywhere’s telemedicine and video consult benefit until June 30, 2026.
To avail of the benefits, the insured individual under the policy is required to register for the Doctor Anywhere app using the HealthFlex policy number and their date of birth.
The telemedicine benefit is non-transferrable. Only the policy insured can avail of the telemedicine benefit of HealthFlex.
The policy insured can avail of four (4) free video consultations with a General Practitioner. It also comes with discounts on consultations with Specialists and Mental Health Experts.
The four (4) free video consultations and discounted rates will expire after June 30, 2026. Be sure to take advantage of this benefit before it ends!
Once the four (4) free video consultations with general practitioners have been used up, a discounted rate per consultation will apply until June 30, 2026.
Once you have successfully purchased HealthFlex, Manulife will be sending an email on registration instructions.
Unfortunately, only HealthFlex customers who purchase on or before July 31, 2025 can qualify for this limited offer benefit.
