As long as premiums are paid on or before the due date, customers insured under HealthFlex can avail of Doctor Anywhere’s telemedicine and video consult benefit starting today until June 30, 2026.
To avail of the benefits, the insured individual under the policy is required to register for the Doctor Anywhere app using the HealthFlex policy number and their date of birth.
The telemedicine benefit is non-transferrable. Only the policy insured can avail of the telemedicine benefit of HealthFlex.
The policy insured can avail of 4 free video consultations with a General Practitioner. It also comes with discounts on consultations with Specialists and Mental Health Experts.

The 4 free video consultations and discounted rates will expire after June 30, 2026. Be sure to take advantage of this benefit before it ends!
Once the 4 free video consultations with general practitioners have been used up, a discounted rate of PHP505 VAT INC. per consultation will apply until June 30, 2026.
If the policy insured is already a Doctor Anywhere member, they can access the benefits by switching their membership to Manulife.
- In the app, tap the 3 dots at the upper-right hand corner of the existing membership.
Tap “Remove Membership” and select “Yes, confirm”.
Tap “Continue” in the “Link your Membership” and choose “Manulife” and use the policy number as the membership ID.
Check your policy status through Manulife Online. If your policy has ended, you have an option to reinstate your policy by paying your back premiums. Once everything is settled and your policy is already active, the telemedicine benefits can be used 10 days after.
You need to wait 30 days from the day the HealthFlex policy was issued before the telemedicine benefits can be used.
