You can also file a complaint through Manulife Branches, or via the Manulife Philippines Facebook, Instagram, and X accounts.
We take customer concerns very seriously and aim to resolve them quickly. Concerns are categorised as either Simple or Complex. A simple concern may progress to complex during handling, and turnaround times may change accordingly.
