The fund price applied will be based on the actual date you make your payment, not the original billing or due date.
For example, if your premium was due on April 15, 2026 but you pay on July 10, 2026, the July 10, 2026 fund prices will be used.
Your policy may lapse, move to a non-forfeiture option, or have premiums charged to your account value, following the provisions stated in your policy contract.
To restore your full coverage, standard reinstatement guidelines and requirements will apply.
Yes, the 90-day grace period extension applies to both your April and May premium due dates, provided they fall within April 15 to May 31, 2026.
Yes. If your policy is enrolled in Auto Debit Arrangement (ADA) or Auto Credit Arrangement (ACA), payments will still follow the usual schedule.
If a transaction doesn’t go through, your policy will not lapse right away and will still be covered under the extended grace period.
Payment reminders are automatically sent based on your original schedule. You may continue to receive them during this period.
If you receive any lapse notices or reinstatement offers within the 90-day grace period, kindly disregard them and ensure you settle your premium due before your grace period ends.
Yes, you can still file a claim, and it will be processed within standard turnaround times. But please note that valid claim proceeds will be released less any outstanding premium.
LOA-based access (cashless and pre-authorization) will be suspended during this period. However, to help you continue accessing to your Medical Secure benefits, you can instead file for reimbursement of eligible medical expenses incurred during this time, subject to your policy’s terms and conditions.

Doctor Anywhere (teleconsultation) fees
Emergency care
Special procedures
Hospitalization covered under Medical Secure
Please note that valid reimbursement proceeds will be released once your outstanding premium is settled within the 90-day grace period.
All Medical Secure claims will continue to follow the usual coverage limits, exclusions, and assessment rules.
