1. Schedule your screening - Contact your preferred Healthway facility to schedule your chosen cancer screening test using your Manulife Healthway voucher. ​

2. Present your voucher - At your appointment, log in to the Manulife App and show your Manulife Healthway voucher with the unique code to redeem your discount. ​

NOTE:​

• You can redeem up to five (5) discount vouchers for different tests, but you may only avail one (1) screening test per cancer type. ​
• Vouchers are single use. Please redeem a new voucher and schedule another appointment for each new test.

1. All Manulife Philippines and Manulife China Bank Life policy owners are eligible for the discounted cancer screening tests, which include: ​

A. Colorectal cancer screening

• Fecal Immunochemical Test
• Colonoscopy
   

B. Lung cancer screening​

• Low-dose Chest CT Scan
   

C. Liver cancer screening​

• HBsAG (RTK), Anti-HBS, Anti-HAV lgM, Anti-HCV, AFP
   

D. Breast cancer screening​

• Breast ultrasound and consult with breast surgeon
• Mammogram and consult with breast surgeon
• Breast ultrasound, mammogram and consult with breast surgeon
   

E. Cervical cancer screening​

• Liquid Paps Cytology (Pap Smear)
• Liquid Paps Cytology (Pap Smear), HPV DNA
   

2. The offer is valid until December 31, 2026.​

3. The offer is only available through Healthway Cancer Care Hospital and Healthway Clinics​

4. Policy owners must present their Manulife App displaying their Manulife Voucher to avail of the offer. Payment must be made directly by the policy owner to the Healthway facility.​

5. Policy owners can redeem up to five (5) discount vouchers for different tests but may only avail one (1) screening test per cancer type.​

6. This promotion cannot be combined with other discounts such as Senior Citizen and PWD discounts​

7. Scheduling must be done at least 5 working days prior desired date. Healthway must be informed of any cancellation at least 48-hours prior to confirmed schedule.
