Available cancer screening tests:
1. Breast cancer screening
- Breast ultrasound and consult with breast surgeon – below 40 years of age, for baseline testing and general screening
- Mammogram and consult with breast surgeon – above 40 years of age
- Breast ultrasound, mammogram and consult with breast surgeon - above 40 years of age
2. Lung cancer screening
- Low-dose Chest CT Scan – start at 50-80 years of age for those with 20 pack year smoking history, currently smoking, or having quit within the past 15 years
3. Colorectal cancer screening
- Fecal Immunochemical Test – start at 45 years of age, or 10 years younger than the age at which a first degree relative was diagnosed with colorectal cancer
- Colonoscopy - start at 45 years of age, or 10 years younger than the age at which a first degree relative was diagnosed with colorectal cancer
4. Liver cancer screening
- HBsAG (RTK), Anti-HBS, Anti-HAV lgM, Anti-HCV, AFP – start at 40 years of age for adults with increased risk (with metabolic or non-alcoholic fatty liver, family history, known Hepatitis B infection)
5. Prostate cancer screening
- Consultation, KUB prostate ultrasound urinalysis, PSA Total – start at 50 years of age. Prostate screening should be individualized after discussion with a physician
6. Cervical cancer screening
- Liquid Paps Cytology (Pap Smear) – start at 30 years of age
- Liquid Paps Cytology (Pap Smear), HPV DNA – start at 30 years of age

- Schedule your screening - Contact your preferred Healthway facility to schedule your chosen cancer screening test. See Participating Branches section below to see Healthway's locations and available tests.
- Arrive at the facility – On the day of your appointment, proceed to the main reception or concierge. The concierge team can assist you to the correct department for your selected screening test.
- Register and present your reward - At the designated department, proceed to registration and present your Manulife Healthway reward with the unique code so the team can process your discount.
NOTE: Your unique reward code is single use. Please redeem a new reward and schedule another appointment for each new test.

4. Policy owners must present their Manulife Healthway reward with the unique code to HCCH or Healthway Multispecialty Clinic’s designated department on the day of their scheduled appointment to avail of the offer. Payment must be made directly by the policy owner to the Healthway facility.
5. This promotion cannot be combined with other discounts such as Senior Citizen and PWD discounts
6. Scheduling must be done at least 5 working days prior desired date. Kindly inform Healthway of any cancellation at least 48-hours prior to confirmed schedule.
