- To avail of this reward, email a screenshot of your Manulife App displaying your Nurture Wellness Spa reward to info@nurturewellness.com.ph using the subject line: Manulife Promo/Name/Check-in date. (e.g. Manulife Promo/Juan Dela Cruz/10-11-2025).
- Upon verification, Nurture Wellness Village will email you a Statement of Account or a Confirmation Notice, which will include a payment link and instructions.
- Full payment via the payment link within the specified period is required to confirm the booking; otherwise, Nurture Wellness Village reserves the right to cancel the booking.
- Please present your confirmation voucher and valid IDs for all guests upon check-in.
- A prior reservation is required and must be made at least two (2) weeks in advance of the preferred stay date; otherwise, the payment will be forfeited.
- All reservations are considered tentative until Nurture Wellness Village receives the required payment.

11. All other fees pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the policyholder.
12. The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed priced items, unless otherwise provided.
13. In the purchase of goods & services which are on promotional discount, senior citizens/persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 / Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
