PNB Securities and Manulife Investments Philippines Seal Strategic Partnership to Expand UITF Offerings

PNB Securities, Inc. (PNBSI) formally entered into a strategic partnership with Manulife Investment Management and Trust Corporation (Manulife Investments Philippines) through a contract signing held at PNB Securities’ office at PSE Tower, Bonifacio Global City.
This marks a significant milestone for PNBSI, in collaboration with PNB Wealth Management, as it expands its investment product suite with the distribution of Unit Investment Trust Funds (UITFs) offered by Manulife Investments Philippines. This initiative strengthens the Bank’s commitment to providing clients with diversified and globally managed investment solutions.
Powered by local expertise and global resources, Manulife Investments Philippines provides a diverse range of UITFs, including income-paying solutions that aim to generate recurring income while capturing long-term capital growth opportunities across a wide spectrum of asset classes.

Manulife Investments is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Manulife Philippines. The Company acquired its trust and other fiduciary business license from the Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas in 2017 and started operations in September 2017. It is the first trust corporation in the Philippines that is backed by a leading multinational financial services group.
