Manulife Singapore Issues a Single US$300 Million Life Insurance Policy, Cementing High-Net-Worth Leadership

SINGAPORE – 24 February 2026 – Manulife Singapore has achieved a significant milestone in the high-net-worth (HNW) insurance market with the issuance of a single US$300 million¹ life insurance policy². This landmark transaction underscores the company’s capability in structuring complex, large-scale wealth preservation and legacy planning solutions.

The policy was issued and underwritten by Manulife Singapore. The transaction reflects the growing sophistication of HNW planning needs, as families seek insurers with the financial strength, global perspective, and in-depth expertise to address multi-generational needs across different geographies.

Singapore's political and economic stability, coupled with its robust regulatory regime, continues to position the city-state as a key destination for HNW wealth management. Riding on the growth of HNW individuals and families in Asia, Manulife Singapore has been at the forefront of developing innovative insurance solutions that help clients prepare for the future, and transition wealth across generations.  In the last 12 months, Manulife Singapore issued 25 individual policies, each valued at over US$50 million³ to individual customers. This sustained momentum underscores the growing demand for comprehensive protection, wealth accumulation, and legacy planning solutions among HNW clients.
