Notify Manulife of a will or a will change

Inform Manulife Singapore that you have made a will or updated your existing will.

Instructions

1. Download and complete the Enclosure of Certified True Copy of Will Form (opens in a new tab).

2. Attach a Certified True Copy of your Will.

3. Mail the completed original hard copy form, along with your supporting documents, to the following address:
