Lost or unclaimed property
Did you receive a letter from Manulife about unclaimed funds?
If you have, that means we've identified unclaimed funds that may be rightfully yours. We're reaching out to confirm the owner so we can send out the payment to the appropriate party.
For security purposes, the letter includes a Reference ID to help confirm the rightful owner's identity. Addressees can call the number on the letter (7 a.m. to 3 p.m. ET) and leave a voicemail. Please state the full name, phone number and Reference ID from the letter. We strive to return such calls within three business days.
On the other hand, if you didn't receive a letter but have a question about unclaimed funds, please complete this online form or contact the applicable business area. Each business's specific contact information is found above, listed according to business category.
