VIP Room information
Group retirement member with VIP Room account
If your group retirement program was moved from the VIP Room to our new system, here are some additional things you need to know.
- Your personal and financial information has been moved to the new system
- You can access the VIP Room for historical information only, like tax documents, statements and transaction history
- You can't make any information changes and transactions in the VIP Room. To make information changes and transactions, you need to sign in to your account and select the Group Retirement tile.

Here’s how to access your historical information

Tax receipts and slips To access tax receipts and slips for contributions or withdrawals made before your account moved to the new system:
1. Sign in to the VIP Room
2. Click on the View your holdings tab
3. Select RRSP contributions or tax slips.

Statements To access statements before your account moved to the new system:
1. Sign in to the VIP Room
2. Click on the View your holdings tab.
3. Click on the Statements link
4. Click on the statement you wish to view (link in blue)
If the option is available, you may request a customized e-statement.
