We update our website every quarter with the latest dividend rates per share. If you have questions about dividend payments, please contact your stockbroker (if bought through them) or one of our stock transfer agents.
We’ve appointed stock transfer agents to provide registrar, transfer agent and shareholder services directly to registered and share ownership statement holders of MFC common shares in Canada, the United States, Hong Kong and the Philippines. If you hold shares in a brokerage account, please contact your stock broker directly.
If your Manulife shares are held in a brokerage account, please contact your broker. If you received Manulife shares from the demutualization of Manulife or John Hancock and are receiving correspondence from our stock transfer agents, please contact your local stock transfer agent. Manulife common shares were split on a two for one basis by way of stock dividend effective June 2, 2006.
If you are a registered shareholder or ownership statement holder you may enroll to receive financial statements and annual meeting information electronically with our stock transfer agent TSX Trust Company. If you hold your shares in a brokerage account, please contact your stock broker.
If you are a registered shareholder or ownership statement holder resident in Canada, the U.S. or Hong Kong you may enroll to receive your dividends by direct deposit be contacting your local stock transfer agent.
If you are a registered shareholder or ownership statement holder you may register for an account online by contacting your local stock transfer agent.
Canadian residents who have a Share Ownership Account with TSX Trust Company can sell their shares through the Share Selling Service. Details about the Share Selling Service can be found here.
US residents who have a DRS account can sell their shares by contacting TSX Trust Company at 1-800-249-7702.
Participants in Manulife’s Dividend Reinvestment Plan should refer to their plan statement for information on selling shares or contact their local stock transfer agent.
