Continuous growth

Growth is part of our culture. We’re committed to helping you explore what your career path might look like with us. From opportunities across different regions and business units, to mentoring from managers in a collaborative and supportive culture, your confidence and knowledge will grow with every passing day.

Global company, local touch

We might be a large, global company, but we are definitely not a monolithic, sterile corporation. Our clearly defined Mission and Values come through every day in our culture of caring and support. You won't get lost in the shuffle, and you will have opportunities to stretch, learn, grow and even diversify your career as the years go on.

Promise of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI)

Our employees are encouraged to bring their true selves to work. We believe that a diverse range of professional and personal experiences contributes to the success of our organization. And with a range of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) offered for you to join, you can keep pursuing your passion at work. We don’t just set DEI goals — we act on them. For example, we aim to hire at least 25% BIPOC talent in our graduate program.

Testimonials

The Company’s friendly and supportive culture has exceeded my expectations. I didn’t expect coming out of college to instantly feel comfortable in a working environment. I now have great friends that I get to work with every day and a supportive group of co-workers that always encourage me to develop new skills and succeed in my exams.

Laura LaBrosse
Senior Actuarial Associate, Actuarial Development Graduate Program

Being able to rotate every 3-6 months allowed me to meet a lot of different individuals at different stages in their career, that were willing to sit down and talk to me about their careers and answer any questions.
