And with a range of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) offered for you to join, you can keep pursuing your passion at work. We don’t just set DEI goals — we act on them. For example, we aim to hire at least 25% racially and ethnically diverse talent in our graduate program.

Testimonials

The Company’s friendly and supportive culture has exceeded my expectations. I didn’t expect coming out of college to instantly feel comfortable in a working environment. I now have great friends that I get to work with every day and a supportive group of co-workers that always encourage me to develop new skills and succeed in my exams.

Laura LaBrosse
Senior Actuarial Associate, Actuarial Development Graduate Program

Being able to rotate every 3-6 months allowed me to meet a lot of different individuals at different stages in their career, that were willing to sit down and talk to me about their careers and answer any questions.
